Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Squid Brand Fish Sauce, complete with a picture of a very creepy squid on the label.
I checked. This particular fish sauce is made with anchovies. No sign of squid inside the bottle, just on the label, which is good because having seen a real and actual giant squid in our local museum, I just don't think I could have brought myself to a) buy it and then b) use it.
Thank you little anchovies. Vietnamese rice paper rolls just aren't the same without you.
